General information for speakers

There will be

• 30 minutes available for invited speakers
• 20 minutes for all other speakers at the workshop

Thirty minutes will be alotted to invited presentations and 20 minutes will be alotted to contributed presentations.  This alotted time encompasses both the formal presentation and any follow-up questions.  It is therefore recommended that speakers target their formal presentations to end several minutes early (e.g., approximately 25 minutes for invited presentations and 15 minutes for contributed presentations) in order to allow time for questions. 

General information for poster presentations

Poster sessions will take place in a room next to the auditorium, where also coffee is
served. All posters will be displayed throughout the workshop and poster sessions will
take place Monday afternoon and during the coffee breaks.

Poster presenters should mount their posters as soon as possible after arrival. Posters are
assigned a specific location according to poster number given in the program. Poster pins
are distributed in the poster room. The size of posters should not exceed 140 cm (width)
x 110 cm (height).
